2025 Holy Cross Craft & Vendor Fair Application

Saturday, November 15, 2025 9am-2pm | We hope you can join us for our 2025 Craft and Vendor Fair at Holy Cross Lutheran Church! Be sure to fill out this application in its entirety (including payment) in order to sign up for a space at this event. Registration fees are not refundable in case of cancelation. Set-up times are as follows:
- Friday, November 14 from 5:00 to 7:00pm
- Saturday, November 15 from 7:30 to 9:00am
We are not able to accommodate for set-up outside of these times, so please be sure to plan accordingly.

All proceeds from our annual Craft and Vendor Fair go toward our youth ministry programming here at Holy Cross. We are so grateful for your support!

Booth Options and Payment
At this year's fair, we are providing two different booth sizes for you to choose from:
- 8' x 10' space @ $75
- Table space (accomodates an 8' table ONLY plus standing/sitting room) @ $50
Due to our limited supply of 8-foot tables, neither of these options automatically come with a table, but we can provide one table for you at $5 each. Please be sure to select the correct options below to denote your preference.

A note about electricity access: We will do our best to provide access to electricity for those who need it, but please know we may not be able to honor every request. Proximity to wall outlets and/or extension cords will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis.
